Who We Are

At Eyes on Health, we believe that everyone should have a fair and just opportunity to be healthy.

That includes being able to find and use health information they can trust. We’re committed to helping create a trustworthy, reliable health information environment.

About Eyes on Health

We are a private 501(c)3 nonprofit company formed in 1975. In February 2024, the Healthwise brand and operating assets were bought by WebMD Ignite, a leading consumer health information provider. Funded by the sale, we operate as Eyes on Health (independently of WebMD Ignite), with the same mission to help people make better health decisions.

Our aim is to explore how we can contribute to making a healthier information environment. If you have similar goals, we’d love to talk.
